Ciao mondo! In tanti, in questi giorni, mi avete chiesto il tutorial degli stampi con la gomma siliconica..e allora vi faccio questo piccolo (ma spero gradito)regalo.
Come sempre ci tengo a precisare che è tutta farina del mio sacco, sono un'auto didatta che ha voglia di sperimentare e condividere! Ogni consiglio e suggerimento è peraltro sempre molto ben accetto..solo confrontandosi con gli altri si cresce e si migliora! Detto questo: Incominciamo!!
Oggi realizzaremo un gessetto partendo da una semplice fustellata su cartoncino fatta con una fustella della Magnolia (Magnolia DooHickey Cutting Dies - So Wrapped Lovely).

Today going to set up a piece of chalk from a simple punched on paper made with a punch of Magnolia (Magnolia Doohickey Cutting Dies - So Wrapped Lovely).
In questo caso ho utilizzato 5 fustellate e le ho incollate tra loro.
In this case I used 5 die cut and I stuck together.
Successivamente ho incollato (con la colla a caldo) al centro del cuore una farfallina precedentemente realizzata in polvere di ceramica.
Then I glued (with hot glue) in the center of the heart above a butterfly made of ceramic powder.
Cosi ho ottenuto il soggetto con cui realizzare lo stampo! Quindi ho preso la gomma siliconica e ho prelevato ad occhio lo stesso quantitativo dei due componenti (A e B)
So I got on the subject with which to make the mold! So I took the silicone rubber eye and I picked up the same amount of the two components (A and B)
Successivamente ho manipolato i due componenti fino ad ottenere un impasto dal colore omogeneo
Then I manipulated the two components ottemere until a homogeneous mixture of the color
Poi ho applicato l'impasto ottenuto sul soggetto da riprodurre e in 5 minuti la gomma si è indurita e il mio stampo è pronto!!
Then I put the mixture on the image to be reproduced in 5 minutes and the rubber has hardened and my mold is ready!
E ora la prova del nove: la colata!!
And now the litmus test: the casting!
Una volta che la polvere di ceramica è perfettamente indurita si procede a staccare il gessetto ottenuto dallo stampo.. (non abbiate fretta!!!Me lo dico ogni volta ma la curiosità di vedere se ho ottenuto un buon risultato tante volte ha la meglio e non mi fa rispettare i tempi giusti..così rischio solo di rompere il gessetto!!)
Cosi oggi al 3à tentativo: Ta ta!! SFORNATO!!!
Once the ceramic powder is fully cured it is time to remove the chalk obtained from the mold .. (do not rush! Say it to me every time but curious to see if I got a good result so often the best and I do not respect the right time .. so only risk of breaking the chalk!)
So today, 3rd attempt: Ta ta! Baked!
Ora; se preferite, potete rifinirlo con la carta abrasiva per levare eventuali imperfezioni e poi non resta che lasciarlo asciugare per poterlo utilizzare come meglio credete!!
Now, if you prefer, you can finish with sandpaper to remove any imperfections and then you just have to let it dry before you can use as you see fit!
